So I know Ive seen a few of these images before but I dont think I knew who took them. Brad Pitt was commissioned by W magazine to do a series of photos of his wife, Angelina Jolie. When I saw them I couldnt believe how amazing there are. The intimacy and closeness is breatghtaking and the photos are so simple and candid-feeling I would be so incredibly proud to have taken them. Being a photographer is much more than knowing about technicalities of light and equipment or style and composition. All those things make good pictures but to truly photograph the human spirit you have to be able to see. That is one of the reason's why I originally named my business Divine Light. The eyes of the spirit are whats needed to capture the truth and simplicity of the human personality.
